Upgrade of Secondary Plant Control Systems

Perform station wide analysis of issues and opportunities relating to control equipment within non-nuclear control systems and associated field devices and define a project to most feasibly resolve associated reliability issues whilst capitalising on the opportunity for improvements as a result of changes in technology (analogue to digital).
