How we do it

We develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and lifecycle cost models that support accurate financial planning and control. Using specialised risk-modelling tools, we perform risk and sensitivity analyses to determine time and cost confidence levels. Project and contractor performance is continuously assessed through Earned Value Analysis, and all contractor claims are rigorously reviewed for claim validity and value (quantum) to protect the client’s commercial position.
