He has led and delivered a wide range of complex, safety-critical projects at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, including major plant upgrade programmes, turbine control system replacements, and long-term operation. His experience spans programme leadership, contract management, and execution oversight across multidisciplinary environments.

Hilton brings expertise in NEC contract management, large-scale project delivery, and navigating the governance, systems, and operational requirements of state-owned enterprises such as Eskom. He is particularly strong in aligning complex project interfaces, managing risk, and ensuring delivery across technically demanding programmes.
