Ryno Kemp leads the Contract Management Office (CMO) at C Squared Project Solutions, bringing over 17 years of experience at the intersection of law, contracts, and major infrastructure project delivery.

He is an admitted attorney with deep expertise in NEC and FIDIC contract environments, having worked across complex projects including Steam Generator Replacement project at Koeberg, Kusile and Kendal Power Stations, as well as large-scale energy infrastructure programmes.

Ryno specialises in contract strategy, claims management, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management.

His experience includes leading claims processes, preparing dispute case files, negotiating settlements, and supporting project teams to operate within structured, compliant frameworks.

As CMO Manager, he is responsible for establishing and strengthening contract management systems, guiding project teams on best practice, and ensuring that all contractual matters are managed proactively, accurately, and defensibly.
